We wanted to demonstrate how to organise a tool drawer with Easy Peel… and it was easy! As we are partnered with Sealey we thought it would be fitting to show how you can use their tools in Easy Peel.
The process is very simple, all you have to do is cut and peel. Easy Peel can be cut with any sharp knife, so we used a utility knife, however we send a cutting pack with every order so precision cutting is easier.
The next step is peeling, a common thought is that the foam will peel like a banana. However, if that were the case it would just fall apart under any kind of stress! The way that it should be peeled is by digging your fingers into the foam and pulling it up bit by bit. This will also ensure that the layers don’t delaminate and the surface underneath is flat.
Next it’s just a matter of checking the fit, just make some extra cuts if necessary for relief. Then it’s just rinse and repeat for the rest of the tools!
This project was extremely easy to create thanks to how simple it is to cut Easy Peel.
Check out the video to see how we made it and get a closer look at it.
