Our Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

If you wish to part-return your order for a refund and you qualified for a free Cutting Kit or Pro Cutting Kit then you may be required to return the kit. If your order would not meet the threshold to receive a free kit when the refund is applied, you will have to return the kit. If you do not wish to return the kit, then your refund may have the RRP of the kit deducted from the refund total.
We cannot accept returns on any custom size products – unless there are exceptional circumstances. For more information, contact [email protected]
UK Returns

Please also write your order number on the outside of the box, or attach the original invoice.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, therefore if you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will not be included in your refund.
If your return is worth more than £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds
