Making the famous Star Wars Cosplay
We spent three full days making our now infamous Star Wars Han Solo Frozen in Carbonite cosplay. We were really up against it. Starting with nothing more than a crazy idea and plenty of Shadow Foam. This bonkers Star Wars fancy dress mission took us on a real journey. We ended up visiting Treasure House of Makeup, a SFX make-up company and the neighbouring RS Prop Masters along the way. This gave us loads of help with tools and inspiration for our creation.
Despite the lack of sleep, we had tons of fun making this Han Solo Frozen in Carbonite costume. Taking it to the Star Wars Premiere was an amazing experience. Of course, we filmed the whole thing and made a mammoth big build vlog to share. Oh, and our Star Wars cosplay effort got picked up by the BBC too!
The great thing about Shadow Foam is it’s so versatile, it’s not just for your tool case and your Start Wars fancy dress! You can really think outside the box and use it for a wide range of things. We are all about showing all the different, creative ways you can use Shadow Foam, hopefully to inspire you! Watch our whole video series here.
This Star Wars cosplay is just one example of how you can use Shadow Foam, see what other people are using theirs for here.
